Jesse Rathner
Break Dance
Jesse Rathner has been break dancing since September of 2001. Since then he has also studied other forms of dance including Popping and Hip-Hop. He was a member of the dance crew Bac 2 Basic, which performed at a variety of competitions and shows in the Washington D.C. area. Jesse has performed for Birthday parties and Bar mitzvah parties. He has also appeared in performances at McDonalds McSoccer Fest, The F-Scott's club In Georgetown, University of Maryland Day, and the Taste of DC. Most recently he was in the show Momentum and Friends as a member of the DC Drop Squad. Jesse has also had the opportunity to study with many talented artists including Suga Pop of the Electric Boogaloos and Popmastser Fabel of the Rock Steady Crew at the Illadelph Legends festival in Philadelphia. Jesse recently returned from the Monsters of Hip-Hop convention in New Jersey where he was a finalist in their Freestyle Competition.
