DC Dance Collective's Work Exchange Program

DC Dance Collective's Work Exchange program allows interested dance students (or dance students-to-be) to take classes in exchange for working at DC DC's front desk. Responsiblities include signing in students, answering the phone, some light accounting, as well as some light cleaning. Participants receive two classes for every four hour shift that they have worked. They can continue to use classes that they have earned as long as they are still involved in the Work Exchange Program.

Finally, though DC Dance Collective is quite open in its approach to its business, it is still a business. As such, participants in the Work Exchange program should expect to treat it as they would treat a paying position. Responsibility and punctuality are required. When applying to the program, it is required that you submit a resume and references.
